3. Fees and Billing

4. Refund Policy

SenLawCare offers a clear refund process based on the type of item purchased:

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointment, you may choose to reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be eligible for a refund, as attorney time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

4.2 Info Products

You may request a refund for digital downloads within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the files or accessed the full content. To request a refund, contact our team via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original condition. To initiate a return, contact our team via Contact Us. You are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund within 7 business days.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain premium or expedited legal consultations are time-sensitive and reserved immediately upon purchase. These services are explicitly non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of attorney resources. Please review the service details carefully before purchase.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at senlawcare.link and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto.
